Management Analyst

Analyze business operations, inventory management processes, and workflow efficiency to identify opportunities for improving productivity and reducing operating costs. Perform KPI analyses, cost-benefit analyses and financial assessments related to logistics and e-commerce fulfillment activities. Conduct operational reviews and evaluate company procedures to support management decision-making. Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and resource optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures. Prepare analytic reports and recommendations for management regarding operational improvements and organizational effectiveness.

Salary: $91915/year. Benefits: Paid vacation & health insurance.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Business Administration or Management is required. Two years of experience as a manager or analyst involving KPI analyses and enhancement of operational efficiency required.
